3AWebs offers websites for $499 as flat fee. There are NO HIDDEN FEES. Now, if you are looking for an E-Commerce website, we have a flat fee of $899 and then we charge a small fee for each item you add to the website for sale. All of these fees are a one time fee. The only expenses you will have when you own a website is $10 to $15 for a Domain Name and $60 and up (depending on your website's need) for Web Hosting.

What is a domain name?

A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and register with a domain name registrar. Domain names usually are $10, $15, sometimes less. You should not pay more for one unless it is already taken and for sale. The most common used are .com, .edu, .net, but there are a lot more, some are used depending the country you are in: .us, .ar, .cl, etc. Our domain name is "3awebs.com". What is web hosting?

Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?

Yes, you can use any web host you like. Once your website has been completed you will have to provide us with your web hosting ftp login username as password so that we can upload your website for you.

   

Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes, we can do this for you but in order for you to be the real owner of the domain name and not us, we will need credit card information to do so. Web hosting is $60 per year and domain names are $10 to $15 per year unless they are taken and for sale. With our hosting service you receive E-mail accounts.

 

 

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you.

   

If you buy us the domain name, who will be the owner?

It is important that you know that many web design companies buy the domain name for you but if they pay for that, the real owner of the domain name will be the company and not you. In our case, we prefer our clients to buy their own domain names and then give us the information to set up the new website. if you prefer us to buy the domain name for you, we give you two options. One is that we may ask you to provide a credit card number so we can create your account and pay with that credit card and your domain name is yours, or the second option is that we buy the domain name for you and then we do a domain name transfer. It all depends on your specifics needs.

Once the website is finished, who will be taking care of problems if any happen?

Once we finish your website if you choose to request us a copy of your website and server login info, we will be more than happy to give that to you so you or anyone you know with HTML knowledge can edit and update your site but in this case, we ask you to sign a website release agreement where we cannot be responsible for any issues or damages that may arise from direct or indirect actions.

 

 

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?
Absolutely! You'll have several options for managing your site after it's completed. When we're done constructing your new website, you will own it and have full access to it. You will be able to make any changes to the site if you have any web editing knowledge. You can also opt for an editable website package. This way, you can log in to easily make changes to any non-Flash content in your site, any time you want. Just make sure you let us know you would like this option before you sign up. We also offer a Webmaster service, if you'd like us to manage your new site for you.

   

What is site maintenance/content management?

Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers. If you want to maintain your website yourself you can do so. We offer to options, depending on your website's need you can choose us to update your website for a monthly flat fee or give us the changes you would like us to update for $30 per page. How long does it take to have a web site designed?

The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and our current client design schedule. It's a safe estimate to expect at least a month for your project, though it could be much quicker or slower, depending on your input, we can only work as fast as you allow us; turn around time is client-dependent. Usually our websites are done within 4 to 6 weeks once we get all the material needed for it. We also offer a rush service and have your website done as fast as in one week! Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?

Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months for robots to list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule. We add search engine optimization on our websites but if you want to be up there as soon as we publish your website, we recommend to start with Google AdWords at least for six months. What content should I Put on my site?

We recommend your website to have a welcome message on the home page as well as a mission statement. Then about you or your company information would let others know more about you. If you sell services, on the services page a list of them. A photo gallery would be nice for any service to show before and after pictures or jobs done, this makes a great portfolio page. A contact us page should have e-mail, phone, fax, address or any way to contact you or your company.

   

Do I need to hire a "local" web site designer?

Next step is giving you a proposal, paperwork and showing you one free mock of your new website. At this time, you and the designer work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly. Once you give us the final approval to continue working, we need to receive 50% of proposal's total, website content and pictures in order to continue working on your new website.

Once the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will submit any desired changes and then give final approval before the site goes live.

In order to publish your new website, we have to receive the remaining balance, then your website will be published on your domain, and it will be live for all the world to see!

Do you have Money Back Guarantee if I don't like your work?
You don't pay for your website until you see a mock of it so you don't have to worry about this. Once you approve the mock you would have to pay 50% of proposal's total. If you change your mind after you gave us the approval to continue working and payment was received, that 50% is not refundable. We guarantee you you will be more than happy with our work.

   

Do you offer payment plans?
We expect 50% of the proposal's total amount paid once you gave us the approval to continue working on your website after seeing the mock website. The remaining balance is due the day before your website goes live or two months from the date the contract is originally signed, whichever is sooner.
